Anyone want to meet up in Titusville and ride to Goodrich for an outstanding waterfront breakfast?
Here is the restaurant web site: www.goodrichseafoodandoysterhouse.com
Can meet at Parrish park in Titusville, its on Max Brewer Memorial Parkway (Rt.406, just east of Rt.1, over the bridge on the left).
There is a nice ride through some gravel roads on the Merritt island wildlife refuge, rode there last night for a shrimp and grits dinner, and had a Florida bobcat hop across the trail right in front of me.. very cool sight. These are legal to ride on gravel roads with a 15mph speed limit. Great place to try out your traction control modes and see how the abs works on gravel ::025::

This is a great Sunday morning motorcycle breakfast ride and I go most every week. Would be great to meet other Super T riders. I also ride my KLR there on occasion.
The gravel and paved roads in the Merritt Island wildlife refuge / NASA are so nice to ride. Very few cars, lots of wildlife, beautiful scenery, and Rockets ::008::
This is a great ride for anyone in Orlando. You will really appreciate the lack of cars on the road.
Here are some pics of the road conditions there, been trying out the traction control settings and ABS there.

What time are you thinking of meeting? I am in NC now but may go back to FL Saturday. Might be able to round up another Super T rider as well.

Well, let me add myself to the list of definite maybe's. I should be back in town (left FL coast) by Saturday also and would enjoy meeting up with a few other ST riders. The nature ride sound real nice.

Well, cadcamkenny, if you are still willing to host the breakfast & nature tour I would like to take you up on the offer. Meeting at the park at 9:00 a.m. will work for me if I can get my sleepy self up & out the door.

From points Far West via super slab,
Take I-4 East to
528 East($3 toll) to
I-95 North to
Exit 220, Rt.406 East (No lights till you get to this exit!)
Over bridge and the trail head is located at the Merritt Island Welcome Parking lot.
The lot is on the RIGHT SIDE about 1/4 mile past the bridge.

Orlando riders can take 408 east to Rt.50 East to US. Rt.1 North to Rt. 406 east

NOTE, I originally said on the left. IT IS ON THE RIGHT (South side of street).
There is a parking lot with brochure gazebo. That is the best meeting spot and staging area.

Have a full tank of gas, its (perceived) cheap in Titusville

Keep in mind the speed limit is 15mph but I've transposed those numbers in the isolated areas. Please respect this beautiful national park.
Its about an hour via paved and gravel roads to the restaurant. Ive got a photo op stop spot picked out.
On the way back, more gravel roads (Biolab rd. honor system $3 fee) that goes into the Canaveral national sea shore, overlooks the Shuttle and Apollo launch pads. Nice beaches, swim in the Atlantic or head back out on Rt.406

Looking forward to a good ride 9am Sunday.

Relaxing & fun with good eats! Mosquito Bay, Indian River Lagoon, shore line riding, good company. A little too much slab for me in one day, but the Merritt Island tour was worth it. Also like seeing the mods & engineering on other folks ST's. About 438 miles in 11 hours for me today. Great job with all the directions & details from cadcamkenny.
