I'd like to make myself 35mm dia. spacers to place under the handlebar stems. Don't know the lengh yet, between 20 to 30mm probably. Will change the studs for longer one with at least class 10.9. I did not removed them to check further yet, but by the nut, It is probably a stud M10x1.25 with red thread locker. Is someone has gone that way? Hard to remove or the typical heat and unscrew is ok? Actual studs lengh? I think I saw something here but can't remember or find it.

oh I know I could, was just looking get as much infos as I have now and if someone did it. Having the stock length of the stud and threads lenght would be great. You know, just to prevent any surprise and I could order the right studs without having to work on it after. thank you for the image.

Don't think I have seen anybody else do it this way so you may be on your own.

I think I remember someone like Holeshot Perf. Making some spacers for the Suzy Bandits.... i was gonna use some on my 1000 Strom ...it had the same type of bolt on risers.
