Really good shape it's just that the Sargent seems to work better for me. I bought it used from another member and never hooked up the power for hear. I assume it's fine as there's not much that can go wrong there.

The last picture shows a minor repair of a minor fray (I can't really call it a crack or tear) that was treated with black Shoe Goo to keep it from continuing it's path to imperfection
I do have the cable that goes from the battery to the seat as well.
I trying to recapture some of my cost.
