Snatchy throttle problem (with remap)

Thank you for your suggestions, Squibb. To answer your questions, the bike starts promptly and ticks over fine.
I haven't contacted ECU Unleashed as yet, it seems the re-flash was a generic one as there is no mention of a dyno run or printout.

I balanced the throttle bodies earlier with the old Mercury filled Morgan Carbtune.
I love the way the tank pivots up, makes it a very straightforward task.
The synch wasn't way out to begin with but I got them a bit closer (see pics).
Before the synch, I also wound the right screw in to check its position.
It was only out from seated by 1/4 turn so I backed it off by the recommended 3/4 turn.
We'll see during a test-ride this weekend whether the low speed throttle control has improved, fingers crossed.

The exhaust issue is worth investigating, no doubt.
As for shifting modes on the dash, yes it transfers no problem.
My last bike (a KTM 1190 Adventure) had a very prominent difference between modes.
The ride modes on the S10 only affects throttle response (some) and power delivery in the lower gears (slightly). The modes are nowhere near as different as on a 1190.

I went for a test-ride yesterday, the weather was quite pleasant and Spring-like.
On my route of around 150 miles I had a good proportion of little single track roads planned -
plenty of opportunity to see how the low speed throttle response would be.

The verdict is that after the Throttle Body synch (and throttle free-play reduction), it's much better :).

However, I think there's still room for improvement and I have two things in mind.
First is to get it plugged in and check for any fault codes (just to eliminate any faulty sensors etc).
Second is the ECU re-map. I think after ECU Unleashed flashed it, it's permanently in Sport mode.
From what I've read on some ECU remap threads, if my Touring mode was still functional,
it would be better for slow speed use rather than my current setup (that feels like a Sport mode only).

I thank you for your input on the re-flash. It just reinforces my opinion on leaving these ECU's on the bikes stock unless I decide to get it tuned on a dyno.
