How'd you mount Beemer boxes onto a Yamaha? Looks good.
I had to work it out, I had to make two mayor components (top and bottom) to allocate the boxes. Forming and wellding was need to allocate the box. Tonight I will take a picture with out the box on one side to show you what I had to make.
(hope I get the emblems so an updated picture of the box will be taken for an update)
Regards.

Sierra I hope you are doing OK.
These are photos of the brakets I made to make the installation. Hope they are clear.

This is the botom one, and straight forward.

This is the upper one and I used 3 hose clamps to hold the upper bracket in place and avoid any damage to the excisting bike components, if it does not work I can disassembly them with no damage.

For your information this is how I design the lower brackets (cardboard and wood)

This is the way they were made in metal.

I did like the Beemer boxes. I had spare keys that I left in the box locks; no searching for keys. Of course I removed them if the bike was going to be unattended.

Leave the locks/keys turned to the unlocked position. That way the key(s) cant bounce out. But, make sure the handles are in the down/closed/locked position. If not, the entire box can come off, and pass you going down the road.
