A full Caribou setup. Hepco Becker side rack. Caribou top rack.

I'm glad I was able to salvage my original side cases. Really don't like that they have gone to top loaders on this side of case. I usually have a large bag strapped to my back seat on long trips. Top loaders would be annoying.

Thanks!

They don't seem to have any distribution in USA. I contacted them via email, asking about shipping cost, etc. They can ship anywhere. Very nice and responsive people. The owner - Alexey Korovin - is traveling alone around Africa at the moment: http://a-korovin.com/en/moto-travels/. He is a real avid ADV rider. With a little philosophical touch :) He always ride alone and prefer places with less people: Sahara, Mongolia, etc.

Anyhow, I thought about ordering a 32/39 set. However, with the cost of the mounting frames from TT + shipping, actual DHL shipping Ukraine to USA, etc, it would cost almost as much as a set of TT Zega Mundos with the S10 specific rack.

Shipping quote to California for a 32/39 set was about $60 via Ukrainian postal service or $160 DHL.

If you feel adventurous and already have a rack on your bike that has flat mounting surface and made from 18mm tube, this is a no-brainer. These panniers are probably made from the same material and on the same facilities that make strategic bombers and ballistic missiles. It's a good stuff!

Strange, it costs a lot more to ship a plastic fender to Australia.

I installed my Hollan Nomada Pro panniers and love them. Easy to install, and I really like the Stainless steel racks. Jason was great to work with and always took time to answer my questions.

Does the beaded seat pad make much difference to comfort?
Air conditioning and a massage. Takes a bit of getting used to, they are hard beads after all. When heat and humidity are high they're nice. On a freezing morning ride they can be a bit much.

I throw a sheep skin over it when it's cold, so I've ridden with a beaded seat cover for more than 100K miles on 4 different bikes. It does take a ride or two to get used to it, but obviously it works for me. The air flow between seat and rear end is appreciated. It's not like you feel a breeze. It's more that you're not smothered by the vinyl or leather of the seat.

I'm about to try a new seat without using the beads. We'll see how that works out.

How the HELL is one supposed to make a decision on panniers?! The more research I do the less sure I am!!! :'(

I really like the look of the OEM, but the number of complaints doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy. Second choice is Givi outbacks... I think.

I know, I know ::002::
