I think at times it may depend on where your from. Here in British Columbia CA. you have to be very self sufficient, even in the case of backpacking into the wilderness. The backcountry is very remote for both backpacking and adventure riding.Wow you guys take half the house I am used to backpacking so my gear is very small, light and minimal in comparison to some. About 10-12Kg. I only have food for one day however am not going off road anywhere so don't need supplies just the stove etc.View attachment 81631

No I still have not fully researched the best route but after Sweden I will go onto Oslo then across to the Hardanger Vidda park region then either south along the coast baCk to Oslo or cut back through on the E134 side roads maybe.I’m well jelly, loved it there when I went 4 years ago and looking forward to going again sometime in the not too distant future.
Any fixed plans or is it just go with the flow and stop where/when you feel like it?
