I would suggest removing it and if it's too loud put the baffle in. If it's too quiet, remove the baffle again. I also have the arrow full system and prefer my baffle out but I'm old and hard of hearing probably due to loud exhausts in my life. I do carry my baffle and a pair of snap ring pliers with me and put it in every once in a while but always end up taking it back out because I like to hear and feel the exhaust pulse as apposed to the smooth growl with the baffle in.I have had my baffle in and out so much that I am a registered muffler offender so don't take my advise.

If I remember right there is a spot weld or a tab or a rivet or something that you need to drill out. Definitely remove it. It's not too loud and has a nice growl

If you have the arrow muffler you must remove the snap ring that retains the baffle. You might have to get something t hook it with inside and give it a yank or twist . 20191010_064628.jpg

I stuck the end of a small hammer handle in there as far as it would go and wedged it in , out some side force on it ,gave it a twist and out it came. Anything you can find with a hook on the end will work. Don't use kitchen utensils unless you are single otherwise if you are married you might become single

I'm glad I bought mine a couple of years ago then because it had no welds. The Yoshi I had before the arrow had the baffle spot welded .The version just before it was just a set screw removal and I hoped that the one I bought was the older one but it was not. Damn it!. It looks like you're muffler will make the decision for you

Does the full arrow replacement require a ecu remap or PC5? What have you guys been doing for this, and if remap, who did you use??
Thanks..........jim
