Mine is the same. It used to stop at either end, but no longer seems to. Mine is a 2020.

I mean, I now keep turning it one way or the other and so far haven't reached a stop, maybe 60 would be the limit and I haven't got that far yet. I'm sure I have never forced it past the stop since owning it, it used to work as stated in the handbook.

Reading in an other post, that the knob is probably stripped. just ordered an aluminum one.
I bought a milled aluminum from Eagle Mike (I think that's the name). Great piece of kit! Guaranteed it won't strip and the clicks are much more "positive" if you know what I mean.

Word of advice, follow the instructions, particularly with regards to using grease to keep the springs and bearings in place as you slip the knob over them... also put a towel on the ground under the bike in case the bearings slip out on their own.

Thank you for the advice. Eagle Mike is what I ordered.

Can someone tell me if he has the same problem if at least rebound is working or not. I don't know if rebound is working too many clicks and I don't know if it is working. Today I counted the rebound clicks and it is around 76
