That's not good! Shinko 805 biased rated rear tire @2200 miles 36psi max recommended on the tire....

I’ve seen this before and kept running it. I didn’t have any further issue but I was aware of it.
I did have a few “blisters” in the side casing on the front tire once, I brought it to there attention and they just sent me a new front.
I have seen similar cracks in other brand tires as well. Very rarely have I come across post on ADVrider of the tire failing, I suppose anything is possible. I’ve run many sets of the 804/805 with positive success. (I run my personal 804/805 @ 38-40psi)

36 are recommended for the factory Btwings. That tire did not break from pulling, it broke because the block penetrates the tire. That tire needed at least 4 or 7 psi more
the blocks are big, and if you look down, only one block at a time supports the full weight of the bike

This was a replacement tire from the last 805 that I replaced that got 5000miles on but that one was radial. On the sidewall for that tire it had a 42psi max which I ran, this one is biased with a 36psi max so I went that...

The flex cracks for the lower blocks support this.
