My daughter started riding I bought a stck on tail/brake light that stuck on the back of her helmet. Connected a transmitter to the brake lights. Worked well. Idea was the same as the upper brake light on cars. Get the light at eye level. Cheaper and can transfer it to a new helmet.
As a side note... my SENA20S units (all 5) work great at 10 yrs old or more. Range is a bit shorter but I still can't justify buying new upgrades yet.

Well, if it helps visibility and prevents SMIDSY, then it has to be a good thing. By the way, my Interphone F4 is still working after 12 years ;)

I’ve never had electronics go bad as quickly as a year or two. This includes Cardo communicators (5+ years old and working), GPS (10+ years), radar detectors (10+ years), TPMS (7+ years), digital ambient thermometer (5+) and so on. The + means they’re still working now and could well go much further.
