Literally brand new. Window sticker still on it!
Bought it this weekend as an impulse buy as our local BMW dealership had just unpacked and placed them on the counter. I tried it on and felt AWESOME on my noggin. So, said why not?

Well, after getting home and wearing it for a few minutes, then throwing on my XD3, I guess I'm not a modular kind of guy. Called the dealership and they said no returns on helmets.

So here it is, I'm listing it for $250 shipped conus. At least you'll save a few dollars over new.

I know it's just a few dollars off new, but it's less than you pay new plus don't have to pay sales tax. Keep in mind it's going to cost a bucket load to ship especially if you're way out on the west coast. With that said I'm pretty firm on the price. But it is brand new.

"No Returns on Helmets"......Anytime I hear a dealer state no returns on something I let them know it also means no returns on repeat business.

Hello, sorry to hear the dealer wouldn't work with you. Curious does the visor vibrate like the XD3 at highway speeds? Thanks for your time. -Geoff

I'll be honest, I don't know? Have never worn it other than trying it on at the dealership.
My XD3 visor doesn't vibrate. Had an original XD and that thing flopped around like I had a sparrow taped to my visor.

But to answer your question, I haven't read about anything like that with the Scorpion. All the reviews have been really good.

I know the helmet already sold, but I wanted to answer the question on vibration. I have this helmet and I do not get any vibration sound at highway speeds. Even in crosswinds or "dirty" air caused by traffic. I have tried this with and without the visor attached. Excellent helmet! It is reasonably quiet, the visor shuts with a gratifying force that does not allow wind or water leakage. I think the only thing I am experiencing is behind a windshield airflow can be a challenge.
