Edit: This morning I woke up and thought maybe I should give these another chance. Threw them back on the bike and rode to work and the bike felt pretty dang fun. Pulls hard and feels smoother. Think I'm going to hang onto these for now, will post again if I change my mind.

I installed these on my bike yesterday but took them off today because they make the bike louder than I like on my commute (I listen to podcasts). Used under two hours and have no scratches or any other damage. Other than starting to turn a nice shade of gold, they're like new.

Revzilla sells them for $368.10 and requires 4-6 weeks to get stock. I'll sell these for $300 delivered express with tracking to a CONUS address from Japan and you'll have them in under a week. Scroll down on this link and you can see a very positive review from an S10 owner: https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/arrow-exhaust-headers-yamaha-super-tenere-xt1200z-2010-2016

Were you running the stock muffler when you thought they were too loud?
Yes, stock muffler. Most riders wouldn't think the bike is too loud. It's just that I like to listen to podcasts on my 50 minute commute and it made them harder to hear. Already have tinnitus so I'm trying not to crank up the podcast volume too loud.

FYI, I recently bought an item from twinrider. Shipped from Japan, it got to eastern Ontario in 3 business days. It may seem like no big deal to anyone stateside, but usually stuff within Canada takes 3 days in the same province. He’s a great guy to do business with.

Excellent. Glad you've chose to keep the exhaust.

I just posed the same question to AC. I'm running his flash on a stock '14 ES. He advised that a flash would be necessary if I added an Arrow header but not if I only added the Arrow muffler.

Like as in His Flash needs to be updated or a Dyno flash ? I've read reports that a header may work with the stock muffler and his flash, but I'm sure he does not want to be held responsible for how a bike runs with that type of a mod, since all bikes act differently to mods.
I'm going for a Header and see how it goes, if poor or extreme I will go for the Auto Tune piggy back.
