Like new Saddlemen Adventure Tour seat purchased a month ago so I could send my seat to RDL. Only used a few hundred miles. SOLD

It says he bought it to use while his seat was at RDL. Saves being unable to use the bike while Russell modify the original one. Smart move! Personally I'd hang on to it until the RDL is broken in, just in case it needs to go back for tweaking, but that's just me.

Sooo tempted if only to get rid of the grippy crap on the stock seat - I see a recover coming - did the saddleman affect the height at all? I'm on low with the flat seat mod

I don't think it affected the height, but I also don't worry so much as I have 32" inseam. Always use upper setting.
