A couple days ago I stopped to help a guy broke down in the middle of a quiet road. He was in a 3/4 ton pickup 4wd (easier to climb underneath) He actually had first broken down a few miles before. The caps that hold the drive line U-joint on the rear pumpkin end had come off. He didn't have more caps or even any tools to make a roadside repair....but what he DID have was a few plastic grocery shopping bags..... He tied the drive line onto the pumpkin joint with the bags and made it another two or three miles to where I encountered him (near his mechanic's place). I was the bike or I could have towed him, as it was I was able to boothill express push him another 200 yards or so (a slight downhill, thank HEAVENS) to his destination. I thought his redneck fix was brilliant! Dangerous yes, but brilliant!

I'd rather rescue damsels in distress as you did earlier this year Tombstone. I wound up getting some 1 liter cans to be like you. :) Plus I don't have to keep looking at my flashing gas gauge and countdown anymore. I hate filling up at 225 miles. Your answer (gas can) lets you put a smile on a girl and keep yours too.

That right there is worth it! Ok ok, the damsels in distress is way more fun, but that doesn't happen all that often! LOL
