I have changed Insurance companies. Allstate now insures everything including my bike.

I had progressive since 2005. It’s was good, so was the roadside assistance program. At least it was the last time I used it years ago with my Harley. The reviews are bad for Allstate roadside. In fact they are bad for every thing I looked up. Thinking about running without and going out of pocket if needed.

Anyone know of a good roadside program.

I've had American Motorcycle Assn (AMA) for years.

I’ve heard that you should keep your roadside service separate from your insurance company anyway. Evidently, many insurance companies count assistance calls as claims. (Per Clark Howard)
Regarding AAA, I don’t think they’ll cover motorcycles unless you also have a car insured with them.
I have AMA roadside assistance as a part of my membership, but as I ride a Super Ténéré and before that a couple of Honda STs, I’ve never had to call them so can’t comment on their service.

My experience with Geico is that they would only cover towing my 19 year old VW to a VW dealership. Said VW dealership was backed up weeks for service and never wants to see my old VW again.
