Has anyone successfully fitted any of the Bridgeport type valves to an S10? I’m not talking about the valve extensions I mean the ones that replace the rubber valves from the inside? I have them on my other bike and they make tyre pressure checks so much easier. They also give peace of mind when using the Garmin tpms valve caps.

Had a set of 45 degree steel stems on my 2013 for a couple years, yes they made checking air pressure MUCH easier. But then had my dealer mount a new rear tire and in the process they unknowingly damaged the stem so it leaked. When I got home to mount the wheel I checked the air and it was way low so I aired it up properly and noticed it slowly leaking so took it back to the dealer and they installed a new rubber stem free of charge. For some reason the rear steel stem never fit properly so I gave up on them. The front steel stem never had any problems.

Thanks. I was wondering if the valve cleared the spoke ridge before it angled? Maybe 45 deg instead of 90 deg is the answer?
