For all of you that actively adjust your rear shock and round out the square lug in the knob, I finally found a OEM Part Number for the Knob kit so the whole rear shock assy doesn't have to be replaced and it is 23P-28130-09-00. if you look at the factory parts manual they do not show this kit separate but its there $17.00 ::014:: ::022::

and another Google find

Gives you...
- Knob
- Bolt
- Springs (2)
- Ball bearings (2)

I do like the larger grip of the Eagle Mfg kit and that it is made of anodized aluminum.

Yea, Eagle Mike makes good stuff. Any KLR guy knows his product. My favorite being his fork brace. Way too nice for a KLR. ::)

The fork brace was the first EM product I bought for my KLR. It was at his July 2006 Tech Day.

I ordered an Ohlins late Monday. Hopefully it will be at SPS (San Francisco) next Monday so it can be installed and setup. Then off to two days of the hillside roads of Highway 1.

Still have to repair the OEM shock. BluByU and I had upgraded it with a Eibach spring and spacer. Might reinstall the OEM spring and sell the Eibach spring and spacer.

Now to consider what to do with the forks.
