Has anyone else thought it was a crazy place to put the reservoir? Directly in line with all the stones that flick off the rear tyre. My Gen 1 has white impact marks all over the back of the reservoir so I rolled up some 0.063” T3 alloy, sprung loaded to sit on the reservoir.
A simple mod that protects the plastic. I can still check the level on the fwd side.

That looks really neat, although I'm not sure your cap is on straight. I've just changed the fluid mine and I decided to unbolt the reservoir to make it easier and I was amazed how much crap was behind it.

Made this aluminium undertray and mudflap to protect under the bike, need to remove it to check/change brake fluid but does the job. been on a while ; tried and tested.
That is next level... just don’t take up supercross as your tyre might hit the shield.
