I have a strange issue that I don't know how to replicate.

Once in a rare while, it seems like the down arrow will get pressed while riding. It's pretty up and far away from where it could be hit accidentally, and it happens on long, boring highway stretches. Anyone seen similar or have ideas on a fix?

I can only tell it's been pressed because I'll look down and realize the dash is now on the 2nd information screen.

I don't recall ever having that happen. But it's worth noting that that switch does most of the functions by pulsing the ground leg of the circuit. It's a momentary relay type effect. It only takes a brief interruption in the power to trigger the change. You might check the harness for breaks or chafing wear at zip ties. Especially any you may have added on the handlebars for something else.

I’m not exactly sure what your question is but mine switches back to the normal screen anytime you turn the key off and back on again

If it's anything like my old Honda Magna Start/Stop Switch, it can be disassembled and cleaned of contaminants.
The contacts would get dirty and malfunction. There were only plastic tabs holding the switch together. I took it apart, cleaned out the junk, wire brushed the contacts, cleaned with contact cleaner, added some dielectric grease, then reassembled.
Beware small springs, and other small things, as you disassemble(if you can).

I have something similar on my "ES / Suspension Setting" switch. While in motion, I switch the setting from soft -> Standard and continue my ride. Then I noticed that the suspesnion isn't responding like the 'standard' setting. So when I go back into the menu, it somehow had reverted back to "soft" setting. I've noticed this issue several times in the past 4 yrs I've had my bike. Not a huge issue, but kinda annoying.
