Looks good. That's basically what I did on my '12 back in '11, except I used steel. A note of caution, fender extenders are not a good idea with this mod. Some will hook on the skid plate and snap off or snap off the fender. BTDT. It certainly depends on the skid plate as well. Some have more clearance than others. Under nose light users should carefully measure their fork clearance with the zip tie method.
Yes, brackets would be stainless steel, these are just prototypes.

On the front extension make it one bolt hole longer so you can fill both those bolt holes. My attempt at the rise didn't require the notching, I wonder what I did differently, it's been years ago now. I do have a NIB crossover hose that I intended to have lengthened... maybe someday, LOL.

Hi Don,
Yes, there would be 2 bolts on each side of the front support and the third would be at the original lower hole. (I ran out of bolts for this mock up)
The front bracket is bolted to the bike with 2 bolts and the front of the fender is bolted with 2 bolts on each side as well, so technically 3 bolts on the front supports for the fender on each side. The rear of the fender remains a single bolt configuration.

The extended stainless steel hose that I would provide with this kit comes with new copper washers and stainless steel banjo bolts and is about 55 dollars US plus shipping (W/ tracking around 12USD) on its own. Since I am officially a dealer for HEL Performance, we can make this for you.

Excellent mod . I'm going with 21" front wheel on my Super T and this is exactly what I need . Could you make a kit that raises the fender 3" ? I would also prefer to get rid of the "jumper" over the fender brake line and go with separate lines to each caliper , you get better feel on your brake lever and it's much safer , also much easier to bleed the brakes . If that's something you could do I'm 100% in !!!

Wow, what are you planning to do with your S10? Ploughing a field or something?

Yes, both brake hose options are in the works. Standard crossover as well as a complete double hose kit running down each fork from the triple.
I will look at the 3" rise this weekend and try it out. The biggest issue will be the fender hitting the headlight shroud at full compression.

Excellent !!! Thank you brother !!! If you find that 3" fender raise is too high , I'll have to go with 2" . I'm in eather way for double brake line and fender raise kit . Please keep me updated and PM me on the progress and availability of the kit . Money already set aside for you when you ready !!!
