I am working on a raised stock front fender kit for the S10 at the moment and looking for opinions.
My prototyping is complete and I am just waiting for a couple bits.
Basic raised fender kit would include Stainless Steel brackets, Stainless hardware and also a custom made HEL Performance Stainless Steel brake hose.

Projected costs is $130.00 Canadian at this time.

At this moment my kit will interfere with additional lighting mounted under the headlight at full compression but provides clearance under the fender for mud.
It also looks cooler and a little more aggressive than stock.
It would require slight modifications (can be done with a file or rasp, to the lower fork guards on either side to clear the bolts. Lower fork exposure is added but not extreme.

See the poll attached, you can select up to 3 options.

...stainless Steel brake hose.

Sounds singular. So, is it a longer crossover? Or is it a full run, and additional plumbing up top?

At this time, it's a longer crossover.
Working on the full run all the way to the pump with a hose running down each side of the wheel, just waiting for parts from HEL Performance. Both could be available based on preference.

So far thankfully I have never needed a raised fender and I did ride my 2013 Tenere all the way to Prudehoe Bay in the rain. But yes I have seen plenty of pictures showing front fenders so packed with mud that the front wheel stopped turning.

Sorry all, been busy this last week or so.
I will mount everything back up and get some more pictures of the entire kit with the extended brake hose and post them up on Sunday.

In other news, I have obtained dealer status with HEL Performance and I am now working with their main Canadian motorcycle dealer directly.

Things that are now available to me as dealer are complete custom hose kits and longer brake and clutch hoses for any bike.
Working on the logistics and website so I can branch away from Etsy and start selling direct from my own site.

Totally exciting news.
Updates to follow soon.

Please keep voting as it will validate these new product options and what I end up creating.

A great idea! I'm not in the market as I don't do any mud riding, but it's a good idea. I would suggest a better picture to see what it really looks like on the bike. The one posted shows how it sits above the tire but not much else. Good luck!
+1 Deep mud riding on a 600+ pound bike does not appeal to me.

I think it is a great option for people. Hope the best for you.

I would be interested to see the "slight modifications ... to the lower fork guards on either side".

what is your line of thinking? i can add that too the poll.
Same for me as what cycledude says. Personally would be interested in an adjustable front fender (like T7). That doesn’t hit the OEM PIAA lights when bottomed out.

As I stated before, not in the market for 2” raise since I don’t do that hardcore off-road.

Same here, I don’t take my S10 off piste, but for those who do, it seems like a good idea!

So here you have it. 3D printed in orange for a little contrast.

Fender mods needed. (Literally done with a hand file or rasp) both sides need this.

At the rear of the fender, it will splay a little, this adds clearance for the tire and larger knobs.

Please ignore some fasteners, orientation is known to be wonky in some places.

Post up your questions and comments please.

Looks good. That's basically what I did on my '12 back in '11, except I used steel. A note of caution, fender extenders are not a good idea with this mod. Some will hook on the skid plate and snap off or snap off the fender. BTDT. It certainly depends on the skid plate as well. Some have more clearance than others. Under nose light users should carefully measure their fork clearance with the zip tie method.
