Anyone in the Tellico Plains area know when the trees are in color.
That might make it nice.

I just Google and it said the first of Oct.

I'll need to bring something bigger than the teardrop to the Romney Rally if I'm staying in the area from May to October.
What happened to the one from Aork. Planning to get one next month for Romney.

I won't leave Texas without it. It's rendered the teardrop as a weekender and\or loaner.

Crap neither choice for me. Was really hoping to attend but impossible to get dates that work for everybody. If dates move or my schedule changes I'll be there.

Thanks Uncle Bob and to all the folks that chimed in. I have a super busy work schedule with extensive travel, but I got to get on that beast and represent. Too soon for me to say but my Spring rides might be canceled.

I have done East TN several times, then took a break. Now I am back at it. There are 2 or 3 locations that I am going to look at. I will make a few calls but it may still be too early as the season is slow. I will post up. For planning purposes, yes there is a federal holiday in the 2 weeks, yes I took the 2 weeks off. So as stated one of these 2 weekends it will happen. If you have gone to one of my rally's before then you know I am simple and easy going. I dont lead rides or claim to know everything, i just share my past experiences and let the good people take it from there. I will reach out to my buddy and see what sort of stuff and junk he can get. No guarantees but he has come through in the past.

I just want to have some fun with some good people doing what we love. And watch Paul, he drinks all your beer.

(Paul is living my dream right now, in Yuma for 6 weeks then doing a West coast ride)

I will be up for Tellico for either of these two weeks. It will be great to see and ride with you all again. :)

In! No preference on timing, just need to know when it firms up.

Silver Bullet, hope things shake out and you can make it.

Well, you voted east and got it..hahaha! I wouldn't mind putting on a ride someday but, not a "National" event. To me, that is something that should be bigger that what I can take on. I hope we do get to meet up again and ride, even if it's a smaller event like Colorado. Also, if you (and/or David and the rest at Colorado...all good people) want to ride the PNW, I'd be happy to have you come. Just would need to plan a little.
Hey, I DID kind of retract that... look at what you quoted. ;)

I don't think anyone would fault you for putting on "Dale's less-than-national West Coast UFO sled ride rally." As already stated, I would do anything I had to get there. ;)

And, at the risk of sounding a bit of a stalker, I asked my wife recently what we can knock off her bucket list for adventure vacay. She said "Redwoods!!" No plans yet, but I'll probably drop you a line when they form.
