any idea is he selling the improved version of H&B lock-it side racks that allows aftermarket exhausts like Akrapovic..

Generally, Roger answers emails, but more often phone calls. Did you call or email?

You'd have to contact him about what rack he supplies, I haven't considered aftermarket cans, so I have no info on that.
