I wonder if one could be fashioned from a removable headrest from a car seat?

i' ve got a Utopia backrest mounted for the pilot. Works great. Ain't cheap but it is adjustable up and down and forward and back. Makes slabbin a lot better. On a rough road it will pound on your back. Got to monkey with the adjustments to get the sweet spot.
