I’m definitely a Full-Syn guy. For many years I’ve used Rotella full syn. It’s easy to get and relatively inexpensive to the rest of the options.
Recently I tried Mobil 1 T-4 motorcycle full syn.
I’m sure it’s all psychological between my ears but after so many years on Rotella I think this T-4 was better. I’m going to keep using Rotella In non performance stuff, but going to make the switch over to the Mobil T-4 for the bike.

I spent a number of years working for a company that among other things, manufactured low, mid and high range filters for the over the road (OTR) (Daimler et al) and off road market (OHV) (CAT, Deere, etc). The data they accumulated proved a significant endurance gain for Synthetic vs Crude derived lubes, regardless of filter.

I run synthetic in everything but my lawn mower which gets no respect from me.....and yes, my ST does make some racket. Full cover helmet, ear plugs with some Rock & Roll solves that problem

My mower is 10 years old and cuts an acre with a nasty hill. Run T6 in it. It would be 3 to 5 k to replace. As it stands it is just tuff enough. But I take care of it. Next time out a locking limited slip rear. :)EE79A49B-635B-47F4-9398-53EB00EF18E7 - Copy.jpeg
