my trusty Klr, I let her go as I always took out the Tenere, and it made me sad to see her sit in the garage. A wonderful stoic bike. I took her cross country and back… never a hick up

I am seeing a lot of bikes in the category; Shouldn’t have sold that one..
And you are right, there are some gems amongst them!

I was expecting just a bigger version of the KLR when I got the Tenere. Pleasantly surprised that it was much more.

Well, that's when they were available. :D We're antiques, just like them. Just like Hodaka. . . . Combat Wombat.
Don’t forget Super Rats, Dirt Squirts, Thunder Dogs and Road Toads….

And Pentons. We had a neighbor, back when I was a kid, that had all the unique bikes/cars. He had the Hodaka, Penton, Bultaco, and Studebaker Avanti.

2012 Honda NC700X, one of the few I bought new. (This one was serial # 0096) I desperately wanted to love this little bike but I could not. The Frunk was cool for your helmet, awesome mileage, nimble and fun in traffic. The seat was like sitting on a fencepost (see I stuffed some foam in it.) and she was a gutless turd if you rolled on the throttle at 50. One of my few costly divorces
