Hi folks,

I am discussing the ecu flash with a local company and they confirmed that the O2 sensor will be removed. Now my question for those who did it how did you fill up the empty space? I am looking for a stainless steel fill screw but I have no idea about the exact size of it...does anyone know the exact size?

Thanks!

Removing them in the Software... does not necessarily imply "physical removal"…..just leave them there….

Thanks but as they cost 150 usd each, I want to preserve them just in case. A plug would cost me 2$

Just a note: On cars (likely the same on bikes), leaving disconnected O2 sensors installed drastically reduces their lifetime. So if you want to keep the O2 sensors for possible later use, removing them is better than leaving them installed and disconnected.
Just disabling them in software probably does not suffer the same bad effects as electrically disconnecting them.

With the headers off removal is easy. When on you may find it difficult.
