Been riding for many years. TTR-225's, DT-100's, CR125, DRZ-400S. CBR600 F4i, Versys 650, And now the Super Ten. Loving this rig so far. It's mind blowing how much better this much bigger bike is off road compared to the smaller versys 650. Even with the original tires I can haul a$$ down forest service roads. Anyways, I purchased the bike new in Edmonton Alberta, now live in Ontario (Canada).

Welcome from Idaho. Enjoy your new bike. Two must haves in my opinion are; a good skidplate and crash bars. Which it looks like you have. I have the Givi bars in mine and they have held up well.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your bike. Something to keep in mind; The big girl does a really good job of acting like a dirt bike, right up until it doesn't. Where upon it reminds you immediately that it's a 600 lb pig! ;) You gained much better braking and power over the Versys. I hope you enjoy the bike for years to come.

Thanks for the welcome. GV550 I am living near the Ontario Highlands. Pembroke Ontario. GPRogers, Im liking the red Tenere you have. Looks sharp in red!. And yea this bike is mind bending capable off road. It doesn't feel heavy at all, but I believe once I have to pick it up I surely will notice the epic weight.

On a Sidenote, Last season I finished the stock tires. Got 15000K on the OEM Bridgestones. Looking for something a little more aggressive but not a full knobby, but needs to last at least 10,000KM. Thinking of the Anakee Adventures.

And a welcome from Vancouver island, the very wet west coast of Canada. You will find the Tenere makes a very competent off pavement and cross continent machine. Bring on spring.

Welcome! Look at the Shinko 705's, I get 10K miles per rear and 20K miles per front....can't beat 'em at less than $100 USD each.

Welcome !
She sure can haul a$$ ! Tractor like torque in trails but can dig trenches if you twist it hard!
Very well designed bike , easy to service on your own, reliable.
