Reminds me of the H-D XR....only better. Should be pretty zippy with that Victory motor.

Thanks everyone for the kind words .. The Indian is a lot of fun to get around town and do some back roads on .. but .. It will never take the place of the S10 ...

All joking aside that is a very sweet machine. The bottom line is that model in race form is destroying the competition on the dirt track. You can configure it in a bunch of different ways. Please keep us posted on the rides you are doing and how it handles. Upping the consumer street legal version to 1203CC is a big plus!!

A few years back the Ninja 650R was the bike to beat on the track. Then came along the Yamaha MT07. Now this new FTR is the "chosen one".

FWIW, if you have the skills you can buy the race version. Just remember no front brake!!

Here is a tidbit of current results:

Sadly, Jarod Vanderkooi and Sammy Halbert have been unable to get the ineffectual Harleys to get near the performance of the Indian. At the level these guys are racing, performance of the bike is a big factor. I'm really looking forward to going to the Sacramento Mile one of these seasons. I used to attend Ascot and the Del Mar Mile. Those days are long gone.......

Thanks Madhatter . The story behind the bike is my best friend is Dan Toce he owns Toce Performance ( https://toceperformance.com/ ) He has been working with Indian motorcycles to develop aftermarket products for their bikes . This bike was purchased to use for that purpose. The shop is a dangerous place lol so He told me to take the bike home and treat it as my own until needed . ( not a bad deal ) As for Starbucks .. I don’t fit in with that crowd.. F0ED6863-3658-433C-A6F3-E00E23B48B98.jpeg087AD5F2-DE50-4EC2-8C3F-34DC8AE21C46.jpeg7AA3D561-549F-475C-82A6-54C4FDBF1219.jpeg
