New owner near Chicago

Greetings from Chicagoland. I purchased a 2015 ES from forum member Taz in NY which he shipped for me and I received on Saturday. I am coming from the world of cruisers (VStar, Road Star) and it was time for a change. Rented a GS last September and rode 1100 miles in California and test rode a 2013 S10 while waiting for a tire change at my local dealer. I still have the Roads Star (it is for sale), but I don't anticipate it getting too many more miles from me.

I grew up in Northern New Jersey so normally I would have flown in and rode it home. Unfortunately due to some family issues I need to stick close to home and had the bike shipped. So far I am really enjoying this bike.
