What a find. 2012 with 1500 miles. Excellent

One day, pencil in a 2014+ clutch basket and a manual cam chain tensioner.
Enjoy the new ride and get ready for 250K miles of fun and excitement !

Nice find. I have a 2013. Get you a McCruise. I waited a couple of years to get one. Couldn't live without it now. They work flawlessly. Also check to see if it has had the headlight wiring recall. Mine smoked a connection at 10K miles. There's another recall for erratic idling. I got 70k and don't have that problem. YET. I'll worry about that when it happens. Do the seat level mod too. It makes all the difference

Thank You everyone for the warm welcome!

Tabasco,
Yeah.. It was a lucky find on marketplace from East Texas.
The owner just bought a brand new GS1250 Adventure and wanted to offload the S10 which he barely used and sits in his storage.
I will look into the 2014+ clutch basket and a manual cam chain tensioner in the future when the mileage starts going up for sure.

Tenman,
McCruise is very nice but it's a pretty pricey option. I will probably stick w/ manual version of throttle lock for now :)
I did check on https://www.nhtsa.gov website for any open recalls and I found two:
- Headlight Bulb Socket
-Gap may develop in the protective sealant where the lead wires of the accelerator position sensor (APS) and throttle position sensor (TPS) connect to the electronic control unit (ECU).
Dealers will bypass the wire lead connection with a new sub lead harness multi-connector.
I have already reached out to local Yamaha dealers and parts are on order now and should be able to get these done in few weeks.
