Just a quik hi to you all. Had my new Tenere since Oct last year, couldn't cope with cleaning the black one so went for the arctic white version, which is just as bad to clean anyways. On the bright side Dainese do a new jacket in that colour, so it's not all Bad. Came from a dvt multistrada which I owned for a couple of years, fancied something without a chain this time round. The Ten is very comfy and easy to do distance on......if j keep it will reflash it when warranty expires as off the throttle it's a bit lurchy, Ducati was similar until a new software update.
I work in a multi franchise dealer so get to try lots of bikes and kit so if you want a brutally honest opinion about what to buy or not feel free to ask......especially if it involves major Italian clothing brands or Japanese / French crash helmets..........I'm sure you can figure out the makes

Welcome from Texas. As far as the throttle goes. . . . the more you ride, the more you will like it.

Edit: o_O Oops. read it twice, and still didn't see it.

Well the Ducati is an outstanding bit of kit , very comfy , excellent brakes , good on fuel and servicing is actually not that bad . Downsides are poor full beam , keyless ignition is pointless and u have to do the rear brake fluid every year as the cat boils the fluid on seriously hot days . Now has a four year warranty.......wife loved the pillion seat too lol . Next time round may have the enduro version as I get a big staff discount.......
The Ten is night and day tbh........but it suits my current touring style . If I could fit on it I'd have a V2 !!!!

Another welcome from Wales, as for us being open for business it's not going to be before 18th June, getting fed up with it now!
