Mosko Moto is the very best soft luggage hands down!!
I'm not feeling the love. I can see using the MMs on a dirt bike without pannier frames. But why deal with slung over. hard to access bags on the S10 when you can have Bumot Xtremadas that lock on and quick release like hard panniers, with all the benefits of soft luggage?

Different strokes for different folks?

I can say that they aren't as easy as panniers with a lid but they are not hard to access for me.

Plus I dig that I can pop them on different bikes without having a rack system. My Mosko's started their service on my DRZ400 now they will go on my S10.

Those Bumonts do look pretty sweet.

That's cool. I did a lot of research before getting the Mosko Moto brand. I chose the BC 35's for the same reason you did on your Bumonts. The exhaust cutout is pretty cool on yours. I think that Mosko Moto also has that option for their updated luggage.

I can name 2 reasons why I prefer the R80.
1. To save weight (no rack).
2. Because of the narrower profile (both for lane splitting and trail riding).

I've been living out of the bags for almost a week now and I don't recognise that they are hard to access - to the contrary I find it very easy to organize and access the bags.
I still have another couple of weeks on the road, but so far I'm extremely pleased with the setup.

You made a great choice Don. That setup is as simple and modular as you can get. And yes the lane splitting!! If anything that would be a deal maker for me as well!!

I'm now back home after almost 3 weeks on the road.
The R80R have performed brilliantly!

The bags fits the T12 like a glove. Properly mounted they never budged the slightest even on very bumpy tracks.
Coming from hard cases I expected it would be more of a hassle to deal with soft bags - this haven't been the case.
I have never used a more convenient luggage system. Very easy to pack/unpack and getting to/stowing away things during the day was never a issue.

I carried everything I need to travel indefinitely: 7 sets of underwear (socks, boxers, T-shirts), cold weather gear, camping gear, tools, sportswear (including running shoes), pc, camera gear etc.
Even without the 2 x 4L aux pockets I had just enough room for everything.

I believe that I've found the perfect luggage solution for my needs.

Bumot Xtremadas are what I plan to get. I already have Bumot Hard Bags. Been very satisfied. Easy Mount and dismount, and price.

The Mosko system was on my short list. It’s a great product. Mounting and price do not favor it for me.

One size doesn't fit all, and that's why it's so great that we have more good options to choose between than ever before.

My bike never had grab handles.
I can't comment on how well the R80 fits a bike with grab handles..?
Ha! Ok… thanks for your reply. I could take them off I suppose. I put the R80 on with the grab bars. I don’t like how it fits.
