Saint Rob, I had Norway/Scandinavia pencilled in for next year, but now moved out to 2022 because of C19. Did you by any chance do a blog or road trip report of your visit there?

I didn't do one Boris, sorry.
Where in the midlands are you? I'm around there quite a bit as my daughter lives in Leek. Maybe we could meet up for a brew and a chinwag and I'll talk you through what I did. I've also got my map with the route marked in highlighter and piccies on my phone. But basically everyone said ferry from Denmark then head up through Sweden and come back down the Fjords, but me being me decided that if "everyone" goes that way then I'll go the other way:) so I headed up through the Fjords to Nordkapp and came back through Finland & Sweden, across "the bridge" to Denmark and then across the Baltic to Rostock so I could visit Peenemunde and Prora. I did also go that way because I didn't want to risk having to rush through the fjords to get back for a ferry if I was tight on time and you ignore the speed limits at your peril in Norway, frightening fines and jail time:eek:

I’m quite a bit further south than Leek, in Northamptonshire.

A brew and a chat, sounds good and getting a few miles in is always a good thing. Let’s see how the current restrictions pan out and then maybe plan something.

I’ve been planning, replanning and re replanning routes, albeit not strict routes. Perhaps including Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania at the same time. So many ideas, so much to see.

Cheers
