*Mechanic Needed* Good wrench near Asheville, NC

Just purchased a 2013 ST and wanted to install Graves MCCT and 14+Clutch basket upgrade. Bike is at 34k. Awesome Bike, but appears to run quite hot on gravel/Forest roads. I understand Arrow headers help with the engine heat and allow more top end with AC reflash.

Basically looking for A good local mechanic to install:
Graves MCCT
14+clutch basket
Take out ECU to send off to AC to reflash and then reinstall

*Will more than likely be doing arrow headers, Fork/Shock Springs/seals in very near future

Bike is going into MR Motorcycle in Asheville for recalls to be done and new brakes this week. I am not familiar with their reputation as far as service. Any and all Advice on good local motorcycle mechanics familiar with the Super Tenere would be very much appreciated. TIA

I have an appointment at MR on Wednesday to get a front tire installed and an oil change. I visited them a couple weeks ago and they seemed ok. At least for what they quoted me their prices seem fair.

Overall I had a good experience at MR. When I got there the service writer told me it would be an extra 1/2 hour labor to check the air filter above what they originally quoted me. They finished everything up in about 2.5 hours including lunch for them. When I returned they told me they did not do the air filter because they did not have one in stock. They easily could have lied and said they did it.
