As Nikolajsen said, the 650 is the total for the whole bike.

Taking into consideration all of the watts required for the bike itself, there is still ample spark left over for extra lights.

Nice pic! One can never have enough lights on your bike.
I'm mounting two 2720 lumen LEDs one on each side to (hopefully) allow car drivers to see me.
In addition, I might add a small rectangular LED just below the headlamp. I find that the most difficult part of adding additional lights etc. is finding or making suitable mounting brackets.

The answer seems to be in the high 200s.
Assumes 5k RPMs, less in the city (or maybe offroad too, depending on your style)
I think with todays LED a person would be hard pressed to use all 200 for lights...10 years ago we had to worry about that.
