Greetings all :) Apologies if this belongs in a different section or if it's already been covered. I'd like to share a (Google) spreadsheet that I use to track my maintenance and modifications. Please see attached pics to decide if you'll want to download the Google Sheet. I switched to this annotation method a year or so ago and now I prefer it over my old handwritten documents. Mainly because of these benefits:

• Virtually endless rows to record maintenance and other related info
• Updates can be done anywhere using a smartphone (if the sheet is stored in your cloud--very helpful whenever I've forgotten to update something)
• Web links can be pasted into Notes section (for reordering parts, etc.)
• Can be stored in multiple locations (Cloud, local copy on hard drive, periodically printed copy can be placed in a binder)
• Multiple tabs for different areas of work
• Log can be emailed to a new owner should you sell your bike

I hope it's of some use to those interested. You will need a (free) Google account to download the copy. Feel free to tweak and customize to make it work for you. I left my info in there as an example of how I personally annotate it but it can all be deleted. Here's the download link:

Please let me know if there are any tech issues with the sheet or download link and I'll do my best to resolve it.

Have a great week everyone :)

I made a service spreadsheet when I first got my bike, all maintenance updates are added, including date, mileage and what was done. I’ve also colour coded frequent stuff like oil changes, shaft oil changes, just so that I can quickly pick them out.

Boris, color coding for the frequent maintenance actions is a great idea! Thanks!
