If we see 36 degrees F here in the next 4 months it will be considered a heat wave. I guarantee, you will see people out in the malls and shopping centers wearing shorts, tee shirts and sandals. I saw a guy out on an a Electra Glide this morning...it's 9 degrees F with snow flurries.

We have been cold and windy with a little snow since early November. Forecast is for a week of daytime temps over 45 F with a couple of days over 50. I will get a little ride time in if it goes that well.

Here in the South, Southern Wisconsin that is it warmed up to the upper 20s today. Supposed to stay mild 20's to 40 all week. Hope to get a few rides in on the KLR. This is exactly why I bought it, warm enough to ride but still salt on the roads.

so it mostly doesn't rain all summer and its hot. now its cool and wet .... thanksgiving and Friday it will rain most of the time ... not a lot in inches , but the slow soaking type that really makes it muddy. but Saturday looks dry and sunny , so maybe its time to ride the Tenere some where . been awhile .

I took the 500 out for a few hours on Friday.

I haven't ridden dirt since the weather turned hot this past may .... water sunshine and rocks equals 'treachery ' .... thanks for sharing , nice 500 you have there.

around here when riding a dual sport or my Tenere you may come across low water crossings ... the concrete made LWC are sketchy at best , just waiting to put you on your ass .the natural gravel LWC are not as bad , but caution is best. or you will be wet and sore on your ride home.
