I assume you have the map from the power commander website. Or are you looking for a custom power commander map? If you just want the canned map, the website does have maps for headers and slip-on exhaust.

Yes I'm using the map from the website buy it does not make adjustments for an aftermarket or catless header. And there isn't a map for a gen 2 with can, and catless headers. There is for Gen 1

Have you tried Karson's Rocket ship map he posted on the 2nd page of the "ECU Maps"? I know it says that he has the ECU unleashed Flash, PCV/AT combo. What I have heard is that the ECU Unleashed flash (like the Flash Tune flashes) don't really change the fueling much, just the ignition timing and the Throttle-by-wire throttle rates. I bet you could use his tune and it would work better than the stock gen 2 PCV tune. Might be worth a try until someone posts a stock ECU/header/slip-on tune.

You could also load up Karson's and compare it to the PC gen 2 stock tune and then gen 1 arrow header tune vs the gen 1 stock tune. You could always make changes to the gen 2 tune after you see where the gen 1 added or removed fuel for the headers and exhaust. I've done that before when I had an FJR and made my own maps. As long as you don't go too lean, it's hard to mess it up bad. If you are too lean you will be surging in the rpm/TPS range that would need to be richened up.

Good luck. I had a lot of fun making my own maps.... but also spent a lot of time playing with them. My bike was very much to my liking after all the work I did.

Thank You for the tip on Karson's Rocket Ship! I might have to give it a whirl.... Not sure when. I'm going to do some airbox mods today. Waiting on Uni filter to come in the mail. Says it may be 2 weeks. Going on a long trip on 7/6 so I don't want to do too much that can't be undone if need be. When I get all my mods in a row, I'm going to get the bike dyno tuned. This is my first fuel injected bike and I don't feel confidant enough to trust my own maps.

I swear I search for things and some things just don't turn up on my search!?!

Searching on this forum isn't in my skill set either. I just haven't mastered it. Good luck with the mods and have a good trip. I did airbox mods on my FJR and they were well worth the effort. Let me know how they turn out on the S10.

No problem with asking, the only thing irksome is when somebody posts a question and the answer is a few posts higher in the same thread already or asking what's obviously been answered a million times before. Like what tires fit my bike or what's the best oil.

It's the difference between having trouble and being lazy.
