Awesome review. And who better to compare than someone who owns both the BMW and the Tenere ??

Very well done. Well categorized, good comparisons. I emailed this to the Yamaha sales manager at my local dealer. I bet he's changing his underwear evan as I am typing this. Thanks, Roger, wherever you are. And thanks to Wasp for tracking it down and posting it. Good stuff. R

It may just ease the pain for you guys wondering if you are doing the right thing waiting for your bikes:

Very articulate, to the point, and from my perspective, very accurate.. Thumbs up!!

Greg.
Greg,

Thanks for the compassion. It makes the wait a bit more bearable. This catastrophe has pinched off supply of the bike to all parts of the world and no doubt puts a bit of a temporary crimp in your enterprise as well. Chin up, though, once the flow of bikes starts, you'll be busier than ever. I'll be in touch.

Thanks Paul, but it may surprise a few to know - WaspWorks and MotorradWorks products are not my bread and butter, far from it in fact.
My core business is hydraulic machinery/systems design, manufacture, and consulting.
I initially only manufacture bike products for ME.. Products that have not been done before, or if they have, have not been done very well, or, are just not available for the particular bike that blows my hair back at the time..

While the bike is around and demand is there for my products I will keep manufacturing them. If the bike fades into obscurity or the product sales slow to a point where it is no longer viable I will put my feet up and relax for a while... Or at least until the next bike that tickles my fancy ::)

Greg.
