Maybe? But we love her no matter what she is!
And, that's all that counts. I just have a weird interest in the results of mixing breeds. I'm a huge supporter of mutts. They usually have the best personality, and health.

My malinois and caucasian
I was going to ask what a "caucasian" is. But, while I was Googling the correct spelling, I learned about them. Wow. We have two "Maleneese", or "Pyrinois", from two different places. (Great Pyreneese mixed with Belgian Malinois) My favorite dogs ever. The IQ of the Malinois is amazing.

If y'all have an older dog, that's starting to move a little slower, I found some things that might help. My wife found some OTC glucosamine/chondroitin chews, Pet Armor Joint Health Supplement, years ago. They worked so well, and dogs don't get a placebo effect, I started taking a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement; for humanoids. Our current old dog, Black Lab/Blue Heeler mix, developed a limp, even with the OTC supplements. The vet prescribed Meloxicam, an anti-inflammatory. It works well, and is very inexpensive.

The OTC supplements allowed our 14 year old mutt to go from walking around like a 14 year old dog. . . . to actually running and jumping in to the back of my truck. He lived another four years comfortably. It's a maintenance med, and takes a couple of weeks to kick in, but well worth it.
