Do you have pics of the Carbon Fiber version on the bike?

Why is it that the only aftermarket muffler solution I have seen so far that properly follows the lines of the bike is Wasp's carbon muffler? All the other offerings I have seen including this one appear to be misaligned (hanging low) in relation to rear-chassis (saddle) rail. Very strange....

I agree, Wasp did his homework on the fit. It looks great and is the best fit so far.

Are there plans for a full system? Slip-ons are relatively inconsequential when you have a cat restricting flow. As for the other comments, I am completely satisfied with my past Leo Vince systems and customer support.

Nice sound. Deeper than stock but not too loud. Perhaps just a touch more civilized than the Wasp option, if that's what you're looking for.

No plans for a full-system as of yet. That could change based on demand. Also, our slip-on is hardly inconsequential...have you seen the DYNO chart? The gains are good...for a slip-on.

They do sound nice. You can remove the EVOII Quiet insert...raising the dB around 8. Yes, quite civilized with the insert in use.

Very nice looking pipe, and the weight savings and power increase look good. I wonder how often it requires repacking?

My staintune never needed it, my akrapovic never seemed to need it, and my two brothers needed it every 4K miles (yuck).

LeoVince recommends repacking every 30k mi....which is pretty much never. If you keep bikes that long, we make a repacking kit that is easy to use and costs $49.00.

Hope this helps!

Should sell a bunch of those quick. Nice work making them available prior to the initial wave of deliveries.

There has been a lot of interest indeed...with quite a few orders so far. I anticipate many more as more deliveries are made. Hopefully. my current inventory will suffice until out next shipment.

If you've made plans to order, but haven't done so yet...now would be a good time. That way you don't end up on back order.

Thank you for answering the repacking question Curtis, 30K miles between repacks is pretty impressive.

Cheers!

Sure thing! I see you're from Windsor. I lived in Sonoma County for many years. Good riding there and nearby. I used to love taking my 999s to Lake County(at the time only 2 CHP/ entire county).

Aye, there are some fantastic roads here and a trip to Lake County is especially fun on a dual sport - tons of forest service roads and trails north of Clear Lake. I think the CHP have multiplied since you were here, but they are still pretty few and far between.

My buddy (A former Lake County resident) told me the following joke:

Q) Why do so many murders in Lake County go unsolved?

A) Because there are no dental records and the DNA is all the same!

Ha! That's one I've never experienced before. Very funny. I used to hear SO many Lake County jokes when I lived there. My favorite:

Q) What does a girl from Lake County say after her "first time?"

A) Get off me dad...you're crushin' my smokes!

LOL.
