Long shot, but try switching the polarity. LEDs will light only when + is on the "right" side of the diode. (I think it's the cathode which is +, and the anode which is "-", but it's been a long time since i took that class). They won't light if they're connected incorrectly.

thanks for your reply but those came with the polarity defined and the lit but it was dispersed, no focus. thank god i had my led bar and fog lights.

I had this exact issue occur when I plugged in my cheapie Chinese LED H7 headlight bulbs. Thankfully, I recalled the polarity issue and reversed the plug, upon which the lights worked fine. Mine were un-marked for polarity.

Note that it is extremely easy to get the H7 blub in, out of position. They don't sit flat and will then not give good light, especially with LED capsules. IIRC, the tab is about 7 o'clock on both housings. They only fit correctly in one spot. Get them off and they will be angled and give poor performance thru the lens.

hey eric, thank you for your imput, i made sure to fit them snug but ill give it another try in respect of the polarity, even thou they came marked. they are chinese and you never know. thanks guys.
