Got mine too. Look great. Good details, no blobbing, no deformation, I imagine 3(?) walls? Good infill percentage because they're solid but not brittle. I gave mine a good lateral twist to make sure it wouldn't wrench layers apart and it was good to go.
Great that you like them :)

Caps received yesterday. Many thanks.

Nice prints. The nozzel size you used looks very small. 0.2mm?

Have you tried printing in PETG? I built a 3D delta printer and work in PETG but use 1.0mm nozzle for fast larger prints.

Many thanks and great service.

Ordered a set yesterday. Got a email today saying they're on the way! Thanks Deftoner.
I'm looking for the brightest Led that will fit in the new caps. Obviously without meltdown of caps/bike.
I saw someone on the forum installed NovSight-H7 A385-N7 70W 10000LM. Any other recommendations? I want plug n play.
Thanks

Hey! thos seems to be great, I read good reviews about them

I went for the easy ones, without fan and external driver, so super easy to fit, and wont melt down. They have same power as the cyclops that I had. this model: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KSY7F32/?coliid=I1ODILNIXX9DZV&colid=154TOCOOI70RQ&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

I ran them in florida for 1 year already and they still working perfectly. But not super incredible bright.

The true is that the yamaha s10 optics are not good for long distant illumination. You will improve the view a lot with leds, but mostly short distances an peripheral. Great for city and highway trips, but for real alternative roads I use an external focused led light that its pointed far.

Thanks for your message! :) let me know if you need anything

LED’s came with the bike, they are very bright and seem robust. Previous owner installed cheap rubber caps with silicone. Saw these and decided it’s a no brainer. Def Toner was a pleasure to work with and got em to me even during the last hurricane. I thought they were too shallow and DT offered to take them back, but I just realized it’s the center offset that is preventing the proper fit. Is my housing out of whack? or are my cooling fins too big?

Looks like your housing is offset. Don't know how that could happen, I've never had the headlight assembly apart and don't think it can be disassembled. Maybe a crash?
You will have to get the socket centered before you decide if the LED fins are too big.

I would have imagined crating an offset would result in a misdirected beam, but I don’t have any such issue.
Guess I’ll really need to compare with another bike.

That housing its definitely offset.

The thing on the S10 and some new cars is that the housing its a separate piece from the actual lens, and moving it will result in horrible lighting. I think that the other owner forced a led driver on the side, moving the housing out. Its not very difficult to remove all the light and take a better look outside. You can provably repair it and fixing on place by some screws.

Lets us know what happen

Deftoner, What is the cost of a set of caps? Also, how do I order and pay for them. Thanks
