Klim Krios question

My girlfriend wants a Klim Krios in a specific color and I found one at a really good price. Thing is, its a small and she needs a medium. Is it safe to assume that buying cheek pads and crown liner in the medium size would essentially turn a small helmet into a medium. I know for a fact that the shell is the same size but I'm not shure about the EPS liner. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

There's three parts to the helmet hard outside shell, interior foam/plastic, and the liner that touches your head.

The foam that goes between the shell and the liner of the helmet can be different sizes even if the exterior shell is the same. Some helmets it is only liner and cheekpads, it depends a lot on how many shell sizes they make and how much room they have to make up.
