Income taxes are in, need opinions

I have a few options im looking at so I wanted opinions. Im looking at the tusk panniers/ happy trail racks for app $500, the happy trail racks/teton bags for $750 or the brooks for $850. Opinions from people that own those brands?

I’m happy with my HT rack HT straight cut no inside bevel boxes which ever those are. They did require a couple of slight modifications for piece of mind security to the rack. No carry handles. Was easy to get extra mounts for pelican or whoever plastic boxes for day use.
