Glad you are good and looking to ride again!

I wonder if this could be a situation of saccades? If you have ridden this spot a lot before the brain can play tricks on us. Ryan F9 did a good video on this in the past.

So nothing structural bent or broken? Good to see you and your beautiful bike back on the road!
Amazingly, the front wheel and rotors and forks were in perfect condition but the lower triple clamp was bent. That and a new radiator were the expensive bits, along with a headlight stay and both side supports, mirror, signal light, and clutch lever. I got a left side Givi engine guard from an inmate here and still looking for a left pannier.
Cosmetic wise...... let's just say it looks like a well used (and once abused) adventure bike!
Yamaha USA had all the parts, took 2-4 days for the local dealer to get them.
