For those that have been waiting for a sale on some of the adventure-ready luggage we import - it's here!

We have a few too many Holan Nomada Pro top cases in certain sizes and finishes and I think they would look a heck of a lot better sitting on the back of your bike than on our shelves! These are brand-new, never installed cases still in the bubblewrap from Poland. The sale is limited to stock on hand in the specific sizes and finishes noted below....once they're gone, they're gone!

For those that aren't familiar with Holan cases, they are made of 2mm aluminum alloy (versus the more common 1.5mm) with a unique eight-sided design, making them incredibly sturdy. Nomada Pro cases feature a waterproof hinged top lid design and mount securely to most flat top case mounting plates by bolting securely through the case floor to your rack (cases are universal and don't come pre-drilled). You can also install optional quick release hardware on the case floor to match your quick release top case mount. Four external luggage loops are included on the lid for adding luggage straps to lash down additional gear. We have a bunch of different top case mount options

But wait - there's more! :D

In addition to some killer sale pricing, we'll also throw in a free 2-pack of locks for each top case. Locks are optional on all Holan cases, and the usual price for a 2-pack of locks is $19.99. No need to add a coupon or discount code....every one of the top cases listed below will ship with the lock kit.

If you have any questions, feel free to email or call us directly at (585) 310-ADVM.

Thanks!

Hi Tyke - sorry about that, and thanks for the heads-up! I've fixed the links so they should go directly to the product pages on our site.

Since you're in the UK, you'd probably be better off purchasing directly from Holan and/or one of their European distributors. I'd be happy to help you out, but shipping would be a killer!

Thanks again....

Glad you got it sorted, and no probs with the heads up ::008::

The cases look superb, however I already have cases for my S10, but I can see that anyone looking for a set of cases should certainly consider the Holan product ::012::

I've been very happy with my Holan side cases. The top case drives me nuts though. there is currently no good prepackaged mounting solution, so it has been sitting on the shelf for 2 years wasting space and money. Hopefully the Holan mount shows up in stock one day. I'd hold off unless you're a fabricator or like decorations.

Hi Eric - thanks for the feedback. Holan did recently introduce a new top case mount for the Super Tenere, but it's going to be pretty similar to other solutions (both theirs and competitors). All the Holan top cases are universal and come undrilled, so you can basically mount it to any flat surface. We've had a bunch of guys successfully mount their cases to AltRider, DS Bike, and other flat mounting plates, and have also had riders use the BUMOT quick release system (combined with a BUMOT top case mount) to add QR functionality to their Holan case. Holan hasn't had a QR setup for some time (their last go at it didn't work out so well), but on the plus side, it's not figured into the cost of the case and you get to choose whatever solution works best! ::008::

Feel free to PM or email me at info AT advmotorrad DOT com and we can figure out some options for you to get that top case on your bike and on the road!

Thanks.....

I wouldn't mind a case to hold two helmets but I'm afraid that 62 liter might be too big. I need to take some measurements to simulate how it will appear.

Hey Fltrooper - that's probably a good idea. The 62L is a big mama-jama, and I usually recommend to folks doing a quick mockup in CAD (cardboard-aided design) to get a sense of the physical size. If you want something for two helmets and/or some extra gear, it's a great option, but she is definitely a whole lotta Rosie. This would actually be an ideal option for anyone that can lanesplit...you get great capacity and a narrower system width than any pannier system out there!

Thanks...

Hi Eric - we've got the QR template on the instructions tab of the product page....you can download the PDF by clicking here. Just a note - the template was created by BUMOT on A3 paper size...if you use the measurements in millimeters, no problem, but if you are planning to print it out, you'll want to have it printed on at least 11" x 17" paper to prevent scaling.

Thanks!

Any chance of specials on the 45, or even the 38?
The 25 and 62 are like Goldie-Locks finding one too small and one too big.

Hey Checkswrecks - completely understand on the sizing! I've got the discount in place to clear out some overstock, and I'm currently sold out on the mid-sized 38L and 45L cases. The 25L is probably our second-most popular case size after the 38L - same width and depth, but about 60% of the height. It's not large enough for a full-face helmet, but is a perfect commuter case, or if you want to strap a dry bag to the top.

Thanks!

Do you know if there's any way to get this case to work with a Givi mounting system or some other quick release system? If not, I've got the stock Yamaha top case mount and am wondering if there's a way to get this case to play well with that.

Hey TheHelios - we send out a lot of "hybrid" systems using a Holan top case with a BUMOT top case mount and quick release hardware. It works out nicely, as the BUMOT system is pretty robust and very cost effective to other options. We used to recommend the SW-MOTECH setup with their "Pelican" adapter, but it ends up being almost $100 more than a similar BUMOT mounting rig.

I don't believe the GIVI or Yamaha OEM setup would work, as they rely on recesses molded into the plastic cases as part of the attachment setup. The Holan top case has a completely flat floor, so there's no easy way to get that setup to work.

Any other questions, let me know?

Thanks!

Yep, you got the last one we had! She's a big 'un...depending on how your panniers hinge open, maybe raising it a bit might help? We had one customer install a 45L top case and it overhung his panniers, so he used 1" spacers under the top case mount to raise the height of the case. With the 62L, though, that may not work as the overhang will be larger.

Let's see some pics when you get a chance! ::008::

Thanks...

Pictures from the other thread:

My panniers open from front-to-back instead of side-to-side (i.e. Jesse Panniers) so the extra spacer height wouldn't help. I don't mind much since I can completely take the top off, while the top case is still on, and it has a tether so it can just dangle while I get stuff out of it.

Now I just need to figure out how to utilize that space inside the Bumot top case mount.
