Croesus i’r Fforwm Gavin! Another Welsh S10 owner, I reckon Wales has the most S10s per capita of anywhere! Whereabouts are you in Wales?

Hi Rob, I tried that but on my model it has the combined kill switch and starter so the procedure didn`t work. That said after some research I found out that you follow the procedure you refer to re jumping the black and blue leads on the aux plug under the seat, then turn on ignition and if ABS lights flash the jumper lead is working, switch ignition off, apply both front and rear brakes and then switch ignition back on and the ABS pump cycled -result. Thanks for the help, much appreciated.

Welcome aboard Gavin!

From The Netherlands,
Stefan
Cheers mate, no offence but hopefully I won`t need to use the forum too much for mainatenance issues. I have owned many bikes, including 1200 BMW but the S10, in my opinion is the better bike, its certainly more reliable.

In that case you have made the right choice! She’s pretty bulletproof and with each mile you’ll appreciate her more. Have fun on the bike and forum.

Another welcome from Texas, my father lived in Oswestry for 15 years and I went to university in Bangor! I love wales but the weather can be a bit depressing at times, but the country side is beautiful..

I live in Wales (UK) and am no youngster! I`ve joined the forum to hopefully help me with any issues I encounter with the bike, currently how to cycle the ABS pump when doing a brake fliud change.
You came to the right place. Enjoy!
